Floral Design Class: Fan Arrangement

One of my favorite arrangements that we had the chance to do was a fan design.  The colors that our teacher picked were just so pretty, sweet, and feminine.  We used myrtle, larkspur, and amaranthus to build the frame of the design.  Carnations and a rose helped to fill in the middle.  I think I would've added more carnations, but flowers were sparse and I didn't want to be a flower hog.  Overall, this was one of my favorites because I'm a very precise person and I loved the balance of the style.  Plus, like I said, the colors were just so nice.
